How to refer
Referring a patient to Spasticity Solutions is simple
Healthcare providers are encouraged to contact our clinic directly by phone, email or fax to initiate the referral process.
For Medicare purposes we require a referral from a General Practitioner or other medical practitioner.
Clinical information from other healthcare professionals (e.g. Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists) involved in the care of patients with spasticity is also extremely valuable.
A personalised and collaborative approach
Upon receiving a referral, our team will promptly schedule an initial evaluation to assess the patient's condition and develop a personalised treatment plan.
We strive to collaborate closely with referring providers to ensure continuity of care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
